4a Delivery of the products will be made by jphonezone by the following methods: for orders within the mainland UK, by next day registered or recorded post or courier;
4b Any dates quoted for delivery of the products are approximate only, however, we will ensure that all goods are delivered within 30 days of acceptance of your order. If goods cannot be delivered within 30 days we will tell you and agree with you when the goods will be delivered.
4c All costs associated with the delivery as quoted by us are to be paid by you with the price of the goods 5.0 Complaints. If you have a complaint about our service, please let us know in writing. All complaints will be acknowledged within five working days.
